| So my new favorite thing to do is salsa dancing. Haha! Anna and I and Stro and her roomie went last night, and it was pretty sweet-- live band, crowded, free water-- obviously, anything you could want on salsa night. The guys were great, but I missed Marty. We'll will have to go show off our sweet moves sometime... (that'll be a riot) He's currently at the bottom of the Grand Canyon with his family, spending some quality time with nature. I haven't seen him since mid-April, but.... day after tomorrow, him and the fam and my grandmas are coming to see me graduate, so I guess I can take it.
So I guess that's it. Off to breakfast with seniors from the english dept. I'm really gonna miss them..... We've got awards and presentations today, and I'm handing in my 25-page thesis paper. I think I'll be able to hear harps playing and angels singing as I turn it over to Dr. Ritchie....
| Let's see. Today was my last day of classes. Ever. Then, senior block party and pizza with my uber-cool writing center supervisor. I got some great tips for our trip to London... Can't wait! Sister took the car, so I took a walk. The weather is glorious.
So I think it's time for some pictures, hmmm?
Me and sister-baby...

A gorgeous almost-sunset...

There were these puddles on the beach, and I wanted a picture of someone's feet in them. Edward said, "GROSS," so Ali did it for me...

And finally, here's me and Bri (my wish-she-was-in-Hawaii roommate) being really cool. I wanted to be the guy...

| So, my last week of classes is more than halfway over. People are starting to drive me crazy, but I can deal with it for a little more than a week, cause I'm almost, almost done. We were supposed to go nuts in the city this weekend, but finals came crashing down on most of my friends, so those plans went kaput. Packing is looking like a good option for this weekend.
My roomie is getting sick again. Poor thing, but yuck, yuck, yuck.
| This weekend was beautiful. My internship is over. Eleven days to graduation. Then it's back home for two weeks before we embark on a crazy-awesome trip to Europe. I've got to write my Chaucer paper. It's so easy to procrastinate, and it's 70 degrees and brilliantly sunny out... I already went for a run. Can't think of anything else to do outside. So. Here I go. God bless all you lucky ones who are done with school for the summer | | |
